Kiwi Crisps (Chocolate chip cookies)


Kiwi Crisps

Ingredients:

• 4 ounces / 110 grams butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons condensed milk
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 tablespoons chocolate chips

Method:

• Cream butter and sugar.
• Add condensed milk.
• Mix in flour and baking powder, and stir in chocolate chips.
• Roll into balls with your hands and place on a greased baking tray.
• Press gently with a fork dipped in flour to flatten.
• Bake at 175°C/350°F for 10-15 minutes.
