Almond Flan

Almond Flan

Ingredients:

• 375g/15oz flour
• 300g/10oz butter
• 300g/10oz sugar
• 2 eggs
• Vanilla and almond essences

Method:

• Crumb butter and flour, add other ingredients
• Place almonds on top
• Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes

• Serve with cream
