What are those, pies? Blueberry pie? Lemon tart? Pumpkin pie? Nope, those are cupcakes!
Made using a basic vanilla cupcake (use regular, GF/DF, GF vegan – whatever your go-to favourite is), and decorated with pebbles and buttercream frosting. The frosting was coloured using a little cocoa.
The liquid and solid components of the frosting started to separate, which is why it’s kind of messy as it didn’t hold its shape as well as I’d have liked. But they were still highly edible!
