• Puff Pastry
• Tomato paste
• Basil pesto
• Red capsicum
• Salami or ham
• Grated cheese
– Sun dried tomatoes
• Roll out the puff pastry, spread over the tomato paste and pesto, and sprinkle with the other ingredients.
• Roll up and slice into 1cm pieces. Arrange on a tray lined with a sheet of baking paper.
• Cook at 200°C/390°F for approximately 15 minutes.
> It can be a little tricky to get the hang of not flattening them when you cut them, so my advice would be to use lots of filling so the roll is quite fat, then roll them up tight and use a very sharp knife.
