• Two packets of toffee pops
• 125g cream cheese
• Dark and white chocolate
• Blend toffee pops using blender, then add cream cheese.
• Roll into balls.
• Melt dark chocolate and roll truffles in chocolate (or spoon on top if you don’t like getting messy).
• Put in fridge until set.
• If desired, melt white chocolate and drizzle over truffles in zigzag pattern.
These are really easy (hence the name), so are great to make for Christmas or other special events.
